Consumers Historically Delinquent On Credit Card Payments (KDKA 2)

Pittsburgh (KDKA) The American dollar is being stretched too thin and credit card payments seem to be one of the first casualties. Consumers fell significantly behind on credit card payments during the third quarter of this year.
