i am 3 months behind on my mortgage,have been in and out of work, currently not working(no income) credit is poor, i owe 90k on my home but the current market value is 300k and upward, are there any programs that i can try (am a vietnam vet) desperate NOT to sell my house and go into public housing.... ...
